2015 college of science spelling bee competition

we(comet), are concerned teachers of English Language within uyo Metropolis under the aegis of (comet ) committed to the growth and development in the teaching and learning of the language in the state in particular and in the country at large. our secretariat is located at college of science,uyo.
our collective experience has shown a sad situation in which a growing number of students, including the bright ones,finding it difficult to spell words correctly and this has contributed substantially to the failure of students in internal and external examinations,especially in the languages course.
To this ends,we have come up with a strategy which we think will go along way towards tackling the menace. we are organising a state-wide spelling bee competition for secondary school students( both private and public)....
